Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer, located in Kalyan Dombivli. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for exploring and managing sales processes, providing technical support to clients, liaising between the engineering and sales teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, identifying potential customer needs, and offering feasible and innovative technical solutions tailored to those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads for LT Panels, PCC, MCC, PLC & SCADA systems
• Handle client meetings, technical discussions & negotiations
• Coordinate with the design & production team for techno-commercial offers
• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
• Develop relationships with contractors, consultants & builders

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and a strong understanding of technical product specifications
• Experience in Technical Support with the ability to analyze and resolve client technical issues
• Sales and Customer Service skills to effectively promote and sell products while ensuring excellent customer experiences
• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Time management, problem-solving skills, and a goal-driven work ethic
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Prior experience in sales of electrical or similar industrial equipment is a plus
• Willingness to work on-site and engage with customers in person
• 37 years experience in electrical panel
• Strong network in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai market
