Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer and Manager based in Ahmedabad. The role includes managing sales operations, developing relationships with clients, providing technical support, and identifying customized solutions for customer needs. Responsibilities involve handling client inquiries, addressing technical queries, and overseeing the implementation of packaging machinery solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and Sales Engineering experience, with the ability to identify and respond to customer needs effectively
- Strong Technical Support skills, with a focus on understanding machinery and customizing client solutions
- Excellent Communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical clients and deliver clear presentations
- Customer Service skills with a strong commitment to building and maintaining long-term relationships
- Prior experience in the packaging machinery industry or dealing with FMCG, pharma, or food & beverage sectors is an advantage
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work
- Relevant technical or engineering degree/diploma is preferred
