Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding customer requirements, providing technical support, and preparing proposals to align with the client's needs. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, presenting product solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution. The role also involves facilitating pre-and post-sales technical assistance and maintaining a strong market presence to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales and Sales Engineering, with the ability to effectively identify opportunities and close deals
  • Proficiency in Technical Support and understanding technical product specifications to provide suitable client solutions
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build strong relationships and address client needs effectively
  • Analytical skills with the ability to understand market trends and client requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Prior experience in industrial products, especially valves, and fittings, is a plus
  • Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and adapt to a dynamic business environment
