Responsibilities
. Responsible for Dedicated Sales Sector Target, obtaining profitable results through the Sales set by Manager
. Responsible for Marketing tools development for it's Sales Sector. (PPT)
. Manage OOR & follow up OOR with production during production meeting
. Manage the sales administration function (when require). Understand FAI requirements from Customer (Detailed)
. Preparation Quotation and BOM for costing analysis for future production usage or on hand Orders.
. Developed a generic marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each Customers (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force
. Ensure that all sales activities are inaccordance with the guidelines set by the Company and ability to manufacture
. Create new contacts and develops new businesses for the Company
. Fully responsible for Sale Trade Accounts Receivable for customers ensuring zero bad debts
. Create Sales costing against various targets
. Submit monthly sales forecast against actual performance report timely
. Submit Sales Purchase Budget for Special Projects amount larger than expect
. Execute jobs assign by General Manager or Sales Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
. Minimum 3 years experiences in Sheet Metal or Engineering Sales in either, Construction Business Sector, F&B Equipment Sales, Lab Furniture Sales, Office Sign Board Sales
. Minimum Qualification Business or Marketing Diploma
. Understand Product Costing against Sales Impact
. Excellent written and oral communication skills
. Experience in B2B sales
. Excellent time managemnt, prioritization skills and self-independent at work
. 5days work week, fast paced environment
