Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our team at SEPL Ahmedabad. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our products to potential clients in the industrial sector. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the industrial sector
– Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold-calling
– Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying customer needs and presenting appropriate solutions
– Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients
– Negotiate contracts, terms and conditions with clients to close sales
– Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project completion
– Stay current on industry trends and competition to identify new business opportunities
Qualifications
– Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
– 2-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the industrial sector
– Knowledge of gearbox products and applications is preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
