Sales Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Delhi. The Sales Engineer will provide technical expertise and support to prospective and current clients, address customer inquiries, and communicate solutions effectively. Key responsibilities include interacting with clients to understand their needs, presenting tailored product or service solutions, and ensuring a seamless pre-sales and post-sales experience. The role involves working closely with sales teams to achieve targets and support customer onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to provide expert solutions and address client needs
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting effectively with clients and internal teams
• Sales and Customer Service skills to build relationships, foster client satisfaction, and achieve sales targets
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
• A degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant experience in sales or technical roles, preferably in a B2B environment
