Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to support Sales Operations and FP&A functions within the Insurance Business Unit. This role will drive strategic initiatives, pipeline tracking, executive reporting, and business performance analysis, enabling data-driven decision-making and growth acceleration.

Responsibilities:

Sales Operations:

  • Own end-to-end pipeline tracking, reporting, and dashboarding (SFDC).
  • Collaborate with Sales head, Sales team, AM/CE, and Growth Office to ensure pipeline accuracy and deal prioritization.
  • Drive monthly/quarterly sales reviews, growth calls, and executive engagement tracking.
  • Educate sales teams on best practices and process adherence.
  • Monitor OKRs, wins, and strategic initiatives progress.

FP&A & Strategic Insights:

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and target setting aligned with BU goals.
  • Deliver monthly/quarterly business review presentations to senior leadership.
  • Provide proactive business health alerts and strategic recommendations.
  • Align solution pipeline with BU strategy and track development, GTM, and implementation metrics.

Strategy Formation & Initiatives:

  • Partner with Sales head to define and refine strategy and growth priorities.
  • Drive strategic planning cycles and translate business goals into actionable initiatives.
  • Create frameworks to monitor progress of strategic programs and transformation efforts.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to illuminate progress on key business initiatives
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
  • Support strategic account planning by providing data-driven insights and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales team to develop account strategies aligned with BU goals.
  • Track progress of named accounts and large deals to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Facilitate prioritization of accounts based on revenue potential, strategic importance, and engagement level.
  • Contribute to long-term planning and market research to identify whitespace and expansion opportunities.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure data accuracy and timely execution.
  • Drive weekly sales meetings and closure of action items.
  • Support Customer Satisfaction Survey analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent degree in Finance, Strategy, or Business Analytics
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, FP&A, or Strategic Planning roles
  • Proven experience in managing executive-level reporting and business reviews
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Tableau, or other BI tools
  • Exposure to Insurance or Financial Services domain
  • Strong understanding of OKRs, budgeting cycles, and strategic planning frameworks
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder alignment
