Job Purpose:
The Sales Enablement Consultant is responsible for creation, maintenance & reporting of all Services Offerings Enablement, Go to Market & Launch Collaterals.
This position would involve preparation of high-impact presentations for multiple internal and external forums, ensuring clear storytelling, alignment with workshop objectives, and consistency with the services portfolio positioning.
The Sales Enablement Consultant will be expected to develop a strong understanding of current Temenos Product Solutions, the current Temenos Go-to-Market offerings, and newly created offerings so that they can work on both the collateral & enablement aspects of the service offering.
The ideal candidate should have excellent visualization and storyboarding skills along with a good understanding of core banking, digital banking, cloud, and IT services and a proven ability to translate techno-functional offerings into market-ready collaterals and presentations for them to properly resonate with target customers and partners.
The Sales Enablement consultant should have a good understanding of IT services best practices, SDLC, Delivery Best Practices and good experience in creating go-to-market packaged services offerings, GTM plans, and Services Collaterals such as Presentations and service tools for IT services.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Create customer-facing as well as internal content (e.g., service briefs, playbooks, value propositions, decks, presentations) to support SPET enablement of newly created and existing service offerings.
- Contribute to the development of high-impact presentations for multiple internal and external forums, ensuring clear storytelling, alignment with workshop objectives, and consistency with the Services portfolio positioning.
- Actively involved in service offering enablement, including running the feedback loop with stakeholders, consolidating inputs, and refining content for SPET offerings.
- Collateral Governance & Maintenance:
- Creation, review, and updates for services collaterals, repositories, and team sites, ensuring content remains current, compliant, and aligned with defined update cycles.
- Operational & System Hygiene:
- Ensuring disciplined updates across JIRA and internal repositories, maintaining transparency, traceability, and availability of the latest approved materials. Creating & running periodic reports.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Working closely with SMEs and stakeholders to gather inputs, refine service artifacts, and improve the overall quality and relevance of portfolio documentation.
- SharePoint & Repository Maintenance:
- Supporting, structuring, enhancing, and maintaining SharePoint and internal repositories to improve accessibility, usability, and governance of services artifacts.
- Adhere to KPIs and success metrics for GTM initiatives for the enablement team and provide regular reporting and insights to leadership.
Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years in Go to Market, Enablement and Pre-sales
- Excellent skills with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Excellent knowledge of Reporting Tools JIRA, Confluence
- Strong knowledge of the banking domain—functional aspects of Core and Digital Banking
- Market Research and Analysis, Planning and Organizing , Data collection and Analysis Reporting
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills. Excellent Presentation Skills
- Ability to coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders
- Industry experience in Temenos targeted industry of banking solutions preferred
- B.Tech. or MBA in IT, business, marketing, strategic planning, or a related area is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Thinks creatively and encourages others to take reasoned risks to achieve value-added results.
- Self-starter, able to work with minimal direction but promotes an open flow of information so all concerned are well informed.
