We are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist who will play a key role in empowering our sales teams through structured onboarding, impactful training programs, and accessible enablement resources. This role is critical in driving sales productivity and improving overall effectiveness through data-driven and scalable enablement initiatives.

Your Role in Our Mission

  • Deliver comprehensive sales onboarding programs (virtual and in-person) to ensure new hires are effectively ramped and equipped with the right tools and knowledge.
  • Develop, organize, and maintain sales training content and resources, ensuring easy accessibility and relevance for the sales team.
  • Drive inside sales enablement initiatives, including high-velocity outreach strategies, lead qualification frameworks, and adoption of prospecting tools to accelerate pipeline generation.
  • Reinforce best practices through ongoing training, coaching support, and enablement programs to ensure sustained performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and global Enablement teams to align messaging and co-create content tailored to the India market.
  • Track, analyze, and report on enablement effectiveness using data-driven insights, and continuously optimize programs for better outcomes.

What Excites Us

  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or B2B Sales roles, with a strong understanding of sales processes.
  • Proven track record of supporting sales teams through training, content, and tools to improve productivity and performance.
  • Experience in designing and delivering onboarding and continuous learning programs for sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of consultative and outcome-based selling, with the ability to embed these practices through training.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences including senior stakeholders.
  • Strong planning and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable enablement strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools/platforms is preferred.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments with a high degree of ownership.
  • Experience supporting sales teams in the India market is a plus.
