This is a hybrid role. At Bluevine, we pride ourselves on our collaborative culture, which we believe is best maintained through in-person interactions and a vibrant office environment. All of our offices have reopened in accordance with local guidelines, and are following a hybrid model. In-office days will be determined by location and discipline.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales teams by managing training programs, organizing sales content, and facilitating smooth onboarding processes. This role is essential in enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of our sales operations through the development and implementation of streamlined tools and resources.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in the development and delivery of sales training materials to enhance team performance and knowledge.
  • Assist in creation of new team processes that enhance overall rep effectiveness such as call scoring
  • Organize and maintain sales content repositories to ensure easy and quick access to critical resources.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new sales team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to start effectively.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and optimize the use of enablement materials.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives, suggesting improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.

What We Look For

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience demonstrating strong proficiency in written and verbal communication skills.
  • 2+ years of prior experience in sales, training, or a related field is a plus but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Outreach, Salesforce, and Dialpad is a plus, but not required, demonstrating a capability to quickly adapt to new technologies and streamline sales processes
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to produce clear and concise training materials.
  • Enthusiastic about working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative in developing new strategies and tools for sales effectiveness.
