Job Description

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the development and execution of capture strategies.
Drive the negotiation strategy and close plans for deals.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sales Enablement.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.
Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with CRM software.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Sales Enablement.
