The Sales Enablement Coordinator is responsible for driving operational efficiency and consistency across the Sales Enablement team by leading coordination activities, managing execution cadences, and maintaining core tools and communication channels. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations and enables the team to deliver effectively.

This position reports to the Global Sales Enablement Senior Manager and is part of the Central Marketing Organization. This position is on-site in Pune (India).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead Sales Enablement team cadences, including recurring meetings and coordination routines. Manage shared team communication channel to ensure timely and consistent responses.
  • Manage operational workflows such as monthly closing activities and follow-ups.
  • Ensure consistency, maintenance and accessibility of content across enablement and CRM platforms.
  • Support standard work implementation and improve operational processes to enhance team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment on processes, tools, and communication practices.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. At least 3 years of experience in operations, sales enablement, or coordination roles.
  • Experience managing workflows, recurring processes, and team coordination activities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com and content or collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a global environment.
  • Ability to ensure consistency, follow standards, and drive operational discipline.
