Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Employee located in New Delhi. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Employee will collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop tailored solutions for clients, provide product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts. Regular client meetings and maintaining accurate sales records are also key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Web Development services is a plus
- Proficiency in Sales CRM software and data analysis tools
- Ability to develop strategies to meet sales goals and manage client relationships effectively
- Self-motivated, target-focused, and able to work in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
