Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Employee role based in Mumbai. The Sales Employee will engage with prospective and existing customers, present product and service offerings, and support them in choosing solutions that best meet their needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing proposals, and following up to close opportunities. The role involves maintaining accurate sales records, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, and meeting or exceeding defined sales targets. The Sales Employee will also gather market feedback, participate in promotional activities, and represent SourceTree in a professional manner.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in customer engagement, relationship-building, and consultative selling.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English; additional local language skills are an advantage.
• Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM software) and willingness to learn new sales systems.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets or goals in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client interactions throughout the day.
• Positive attitude, resilience in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to ethical business practices.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
