Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Employee role located in Jangareddigudem. Responsibilities include achieving weekly and monthly sales targets through customer interaction and relationship management, promoting and selling financial products and services, and conducting market research to identify potential clients. The Sales Employee will also work with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and evaluate customer needs. The role requires effective communication and negotiation skills, high customer service standards, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and networking abilities to achieve targets and build lasting client relationships
- Proficiency in customer interaction, customer service, and needs assessment skills
- Ability to perform market research and analyze trends for identifying new leads
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Proficiency in local language is advantageous
- Relevant experience in financial services or a sales-related role is a plus
- University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
