Location: Coimbatore (Flexible)
Travel: Frequent travel across Bangalore, Mumbai, and Kerala (Travel allowance provided)
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
- Identify, visit, and onboard new distributors across assigned regions
- Present the company's product range to distributors and retail partners
- Generate orders and coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors
- Monitor sales performance and share regular market insights and feedback
- Ensure consistent follow-ups to drive repeat orders and business growth
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of experience (also Fresher with skill and qualification) in sales and distribution (preferably in apparels, FMCG, or distribution)
- Freshers can also apply with sales and distribution knowledge.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional language is an advantage)
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Good presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
