Sales Director Web3, Payments & FX

We are expanding our global commercial footprint and recruiting top-tier Sales Director for multiple headcount openings worldwide. This is a high-autonomy, high-visibility Individual Contributor (IC) Hunter position dedicated strictly to net-new client acquisition.

We offer location flexibility across major regional fintech hubs (hybrid or remote options depending on jurisdiction). We welcome enterprise dealmakers with specialized domain authority across diverse verticals, geographic territories, or high-volume payment corridors.

Key Responsibilities

• Pipeline Growth & Prospecting: Proactively target, engage, and qualify high-value enterprise prospects—including major FX/CFD brokers, digital entertainment/gaming platforms, neobanks, cross-border marketplaces, and global fintechs.
• Full-Cycle Deal Ownership: Execute complex enterprise sales cycles from initial cold outreach and C-level discovery through contract negotiations, commercial structuring, and final deal sign-off.
• Executive Pitching & Value Selling: Build high-impact commercial proposals, product demonstrations, and business ROI cases tailored to C-Suite decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, Heads of Payments, and CTOs).
• Territory & Vertical Expansion: Act as a dedicated market hunter—identifying underserved sectors, emerging payment flows, and regulatory tailwinds to competitors in your focus region.
• Cross-Functional Deal Orchestration: Partner closely with internal Product, Compliance, Risk and Legal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and structured transition to Client Management.
• Industry Representation: Position OSL BizPay as a market leader by representing the brand at premier global fintech, Web3, and payment conferences to cultivate senior industry networks.

Who We Are Looking For

• 6+ Years of Proven Sales Success: A documented track record of closing enterprise-grade B2B deals in fintech, payment gateway/acquiring, cross-border payments, FX, or institutional digital asset infrastructure.
• Demonstrated Hunter Track Record: Proven history of consistently exceeding sales quotas and landing net-new logo accounts as a direct individual contributor.
• Target Industry Experience: Active, highly transferable network selling into CFD/FX brokerages, online gaming, streaming platforms, neobanks, or Web3 institutions.
• Domain Fluency: Strong operational understanding of payment orchestration, cross-border FX, stablecoin settlement mechanics, or blockchain-based corporate treasury solutions.
• Linguistic Capability: Professional business fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required to manage key regional and global enterprise stakeholders; additional languages are an advantage.
• Commercial Acumen: Outstanding executive presence, negotiation tactics, and the ability to articulate complex financial technology concepts simply.
