Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Director to lead business development in Bangalore/Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise sales, especially working with facility management companies or corporate admin/procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive large account acquisition and revenue growth in the region
- Build and manage relationships with CXOs, facility management firms (JLL, CBRE, Sodexo, ISS, Compass, etc.), and corporate admin/procurement leaders
- Understand client needs for workplace services and design tailored Vendiman solutions
- Lead enterprise negotiations and close high-value deals
- Represent Vendiman at industry forums and networking opportunities
- Build and mentor a high-performing sales team
Desired Profile
- 1015 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales / corporate solutions / facilities management partnerships
- Proven track record of selling to large corporates, especially via admin/procurement functions
- Strong network with facility management companies (JLL, CBRE, Sodexo, ISS, Compass, etc.) is highly preferred
- Ability to lead consultative, solution-based sales discussions with senior stakeholders
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Based in Bangalore or Hyderabad
