Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field MBA preferred. 20+ years of enterprise technology sales experience with significant exposure to Public Sector / Government business. Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise technology solutions. Strong understanding of cloud computing, data centers, cybersecurity, AI/ML, and digital transformation trends. Established relationships within State Government and Public Sector ecosystems preferred. Experience managing large, complex enterprise deals and multi-stakeholder engagements. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
Preferred Experience
Prior experience selling Cloud Infrastructure, SaaS, or Digital Transformation solutions. Understanding of Government procurement processes, GeM, RFP frameworks, and compliance requirements. Experience working with large SI partners and consortium-led opportunities. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, and Multi-cloud strategies is highly desirable.

Business Leadership & Growth : Lead and grow OCI business across North Central India and State Government accounts. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, pipeline, and market share targets. Identify large-scale digital transformation opportunities within government departments and public sector organizations. Drive adoption of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure solutions including IaaS, PaaS, AI, Data, Security, and Sovereign Cloud offerings. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement : Build trusted advisor relationships with senior government officials, CIOs, IAS officers, and public sector decision-makers. Engage with key stakeholders to understand policy initiatives, modernization priorities, and digital governance programs. Represent Oracle in government forums, industry events, and strategic customer engagements.
Sales Execution :Own end-to-end sales cycles from opportunity identification to closure. Lead complex bid management, RFP responses, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization. Collaborate with pre-sales, architecture, consulting, legal, finance, and delivery teams to ensure successful deal execution.
Team Leadership :Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales organization. Drive performance management, coaching, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline discipline. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer-centricity.
Strategic Partnerships : Collaborate with system integrators, channel partners, and ecosystem stakeholders to accelerate OCI adoption. Develop go-to-market strategies aligned with national and state digital transformation initiatives. Market Intelligence Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, policy developments, and emerging technologies in the public sector domain.
