Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Director located in Noida. The Sales Director will oversee and manage sales operations, develop strategies to achieve sales targets, and foster relationships with clients to drive business growth. Responsibilities include leading the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring operational efficiency across sales initiatives. The Sales Director will work closely with other departments to align strategies and maintain the company's exceptional reputation in the real estate industry.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Sales, Sales Operations, and achieving sales targets
  • Proven skills in Customer Service and maintaining client relationships for business growth
  • Experience in Team Management and the ability to inspire and lead a sales team effectively
  • Proficiency in Business Development and identifying new opportunities in the real estate domain
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Prior experience in the real estate or property consultancy sector is advantageous
