Job Description

Role Overview

The Director of Sales will be responsible for driving enterprise revenue growth, building strategic customer relationships, and developing a strong pipeline across target industries.

This role requires a consultative sales leader who can engage with C-level executives, technology leaders, and business stakeholders to understand their challenges and position Nomiso's AI-powered solutions effectively.

Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will play a critical role in defining and executing the company's go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across key industries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, business leaders, and technology decision-makers.
  • Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to align customer requirements with solution offerings.
  • Create compelling business cases and value propositions for prospective clients.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast revenue opportunities.
  • Represent Nomiso at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitive positioning, and emerging AI technologies.

Desired Experience

  • 8–14 years of experience in enterprise technology sales.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling software products, technology platforms, SaaS, AI solutions, enterprise applications, or digital transformation services.
  • Strong experience managing complex B2B sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying processes.
  • Ability to engage confidently with both technical and business audiences.
  • Experience working with fast-growing technology organizations or product-led companies is highly preferred.
  • Exposure to Telecom, IT Operations, Enterprise Software, FinTech, Cloud, AI/ML, or Digital Transformation domains will be an advantage.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • MBA or equivalent business qualification is preferred.
