We're building an AI Co-Engineering company—helping enterprises transform software engineering and operations through AI. Our platforms, ByteLens and Intelli-Q, enable organizations to improve engineering productivity, software quality, and operational intelligence using enterprise-grade AI.

As we scale, we're looking for a Director – Sales who can build relationships, open new markets, and create enterprise growth.

What You'll Do

You'll own the complete enterprise sales lifecycle—from identifying opportunities to closing strategic deals.

You'll partner with CXOs, Engineering Leaders, CIOs and CTOs to understand their business challenges and position Nomiso as a trusted AI and Product Engineering partner.

In this role, you will:

• Build and grow enterprise relationships across Telecom, BFSI and other large enterprises.
• Create new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and consultative selling.
• Drive complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales engagements.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering and Delivery teams to develop customer-centric solutions.
• Own pipeline creation, forecasting, negotiations and revenue growth.
• Represent Nomiso at executive meetings, customer engagements and industry forums.

What We're Looking For

• 8–14 years of Enterprise Technology Sales experience, with a strong track record of acquiring and growing enterprise customers.
• Experience selling Enterprise Software, AI, Product Engineering, Cloud or Digital Transformation solutions.
• Strong consultative selling and executive relationship management skills.
• Ability to influence CXOs and senior technology leaders.
• Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial and comfortable building opportunities from scratch.
