Role Overview
We are looking for a high-impact Sales Director who can open doors and close deals
in AI-led services. This role demands a go-getter with a strong personal network,
influence, and credibility in the market. The ideal candidate brings a hunter mentality, a
proven record of solution selling, and the ability to leverage existing relationships to
generate immediate traction in new and existing accounts.
This is not a maintenance role. We need a leader who can build revenue from zero,
create momentum quickly, and win AI-driven transformation deals across SMB and
enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business acquisition with a strong focus on AI-led solutions.
Leverage existing networks, industry relationships, and client influence to create
immediate pipeline.
Open strategic accounts and secure first wins in target markets.
Own the entire solution sales cycle: prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation, and
closure.
Position AI, automation, and product engineering offerings as business transformation
enablers.
Build a high-quality, fast-moving pipeline across SMB (primary focus) and enterprise
segments.
Develop relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers in India and the US.
Collaborate closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to craft winning AI-led proposals.
Must-Have Requirements
B.Tech (mandatory); MBA from reputed universities preferred.
15–20 years of B2B IT services or technology solution sales experience.
Strong, demonstrable success in solution selling, especially in AI, digital, or product
engineering.
Proven ability to open doors using personal networks and industry relationships.
Track record of 0–1 revenue growth and new logo acquisition.
Solid experience in SMB sales (primary focus); enterprise exposure is a plus.
Experience selling into India and/or US markets.
Consistent history of meeting or exceeding aggressive revenue targets.
