Quarks Technosoft is looking for a highly accomplished Director – Sales with a strong IT Services background to lead strategic sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and expand enterprise client relationships across domestic and global markets.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in enterprise sales, consultative selling,
account growth, hunting new business opportunities, and building high-performing sales teams within the IT Services/Technology industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development &Revenue Growth
- Drive overall sales strategy and revenue growth for IT Services offerings across target markets.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in enterprise accounts.
- Build a strong sales pipeline through strategic hunting, networking, and market penetration initiatives.
- Own and consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Enterprise Sales& Client Acquisition
- Engage with CXOs, business leaders, and key decision-makers across industries.
- Sell IT Services offerings including:
- Application Development & Maintenance
- Digital Transformation
- Cloud Services
- Data & Analytics
- AI/ML Solutions
- Product Engineering
- Managed Services
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.
Account Management & Client Relationships
- Build long-term strategic relationships with key enterprise clients.
- Drive account mining, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and business retention.
Sales Strategy & Leadership
- Define go-to-market strategies, territory plans, and sales forecasts.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing sales teams.
- Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, marketing, and leadership teams for solution positioning.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning
- Analyse market trends, competition, customer needs, and emerging technologies.
- Provide strategic inputs to leadership on market expansion opportunities.
Partnerships & Alliances
- Build strategic partnerships and ecosystem relationships to accelerate business growth.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Enterprise Sales within IT Services / Technology Services organizations.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding multi-million-dollar sales targets.
