Role Overview
Drive enterprise sales, build CXO relationships, and grow Zigtal's presence in India, leveraging the success. Work closely with the founders to shape the go-to-market strategy and scale the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle and revenue targets
- Engage CXOs (CHRO, CIO, GCC Heads) through consultative selling
- Clearly articulate Zigtal's value proposition and ROI
- Contribute to market presence and GTM initiatives
Ideal Candidate
Experience
- 7–10 years in enterprise/B2B sales
- Experience selling SaaS or HRTech solutions
- Exposure to mid-to-large enterprises preferred
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
Capabilities
- Strong consultative selling and storytelling skills
- Tech-savvy; comfortable with platform-based solutions
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders
Success Metrics
- Pipeline creation within the first 90 days
- Early deal closures and strategic account wins
- Strong contribution to revenue growth and market presence
