Job Description

Summary:

Looking for an experienced sales professional (1215 years) with strong expertise in FAO services and APAC markets. The role focuses on selling finance outsourcing solutions along with AI-driven transformation to enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end FAO sales (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A)
  • Generate new business across APAC regions (SEA, ANZ, India, Japan, etc.)
  • Manage complete sales cycle (lead closure)
  • Sell AI-based finance solutions (automation, analytics, GenAI)
  • Engage with CFOs and senior stakeholders
  • Achieve revenue targets and build long-term client relationships

Key Requirements:

  • 1215 years in sales/business development
  • Minimum 5 years in FAO/BPO/KPO sales
  • Experience with enterprise clients in APAC
  • Strong knowledge of finance processes + outsourcing models
  • Understanding of AI/automation in finance
  • Experience in closing large deals (enterprise level)

Skills:

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and client handling
  • Knowledge of APAC regulations and finance operations
  • Experience with tools like SAP, Oracle, AI platforms
  • Good communication and stakeholder management
