Summary:
Looking for an experienced sales professional (1215 years) with strong expertise in FAO services and APAC markets. The role focuses on selling finance outsourcing solutions along with AI-driven transformation to enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end FAO sales (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A)
- Generate new business across APAC regions (SEA, ANZ, India, Japan, etc.)
- Manage complete sales cycle (lead closure)
- Sell AI-based finance solutions (automation, analytics, GenAI)
- Engage with CFOs and senior stakeholders
- Achieve revenue targets and build long-term client relationships
Key Requirements:
- 1215 years in sales/business development
- Minimum 5 years in FAO/BPO/KPO sales
- Experience with enterprise clients in APAC
- Strong knowledge of finance processes + outsourcing models
- Understanding of AI/automation in finance
- Experience in closing large deals (enterprise level)
Skills:
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client handling
- Knowledge of APAC regulations and finance operations
- Experience with tools like SAP, Oracle, AI platforms
- Good communication and stakeholder management
