JobSummary: We are seeking a highly driven and accomplished Sales Director / Associate Director specializing in IT Services Sales, with a strong focus on the GCC (Global Capability Centers) sector and/or the BFSI domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling technology-led transformation services spanning Cloud, AI, Data, and Automation, while consistently meeting multi-million-dollar sales targets. This role requires exceptional relationship-building capabilities, strategic sales execution, and the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders across global enterprises.

Location: Bangalore

Mode of Work: Full time

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth across the IT services portfolio
  • Achieve annual sales targets of $3M$4M, balancing both new customer acquisition and expansion in existing accounts
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within GCC entities in India
  • Drive business development initiatives, including customer mapping, outreach, and pipeline creation
  • Identify emerging opportunities in Cloud, AI, Data, and Automation service portfolios
  • Serve as a subject matter expert while delivering compelling presentations and proposals
  • Work closely with internal pre-sales, delivery, and leadership teams to craft winning solutions
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape within GCC and BFSI verticals
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM hygiene
  • Participate in negotiations, contracting, and closing high-value deals

Requirements:

  • 1016 years of professional experience, with 56+ years in direct IT services sales & pre-sales
  • Proven experience selling technology solutions across Cloud, AI, Data, and Automation
  • Strong background selling to GCC organizations in India (highly preferred)
  • Demonstrated success achieving multi-million-dollar annual revenue targets
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and Clevel presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of the IT services ecosystem, customer buying cycles, and enterprise technology landscapes
  • Ability to build long-term strategic customer relationships

Good To Have Skills:

  • Prior experience selling into the BFSI domain
  • Strong network and established relationships within GCCs
  • Understanding of digital transformation and modernization programs
  • Exposure to global delivery models and large-scale IT engagements
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (delivery, marketing, pre-sales)
