Are you someone who enjoys talking to clients, building relationships, generating leads, and turning conversations into business opportunities

We're looking for a Sales & Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Bangalore – Work from Office.

Experience: 2–5 years

Location: Bangalore

Industry: Recruitment / HR Tech / B2B Sales

What you'll be doing:

Generate new business through calls, emails, LinkedIn & networking

Identify and nurture potential clients

Conduct product/service demos and presentations

Prepare proposals, PPTs and marketing collateral

Manage sales pipelines and CRM activities

Support LinkedIn, Instagram and other digital marketing initiatives

Convert opportunities into long-term client relationships

Work towards revenue and sales targets

What we're looking for:

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Experience in B2B sales, recruitment/staffing or HR tech is a plus

Confidence in cold calling and client conversations

Ability to pitch, negotiate and close opportunities

Familiarity with CRM, LinkedIn outreach and sales tools

Energetic, ambitious and target-driven mindset
