Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Digital Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing digital campaigns, and supporting the sales team to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online channels
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
- Maintain CRM and sales reports
Digital Marketing Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing)
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Generate leads through paid and organic campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI
- Coordinate with designers/content creators for marketing materials
- Update website content and blogs
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of sales techniques and customer handling
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Canva, Adobe)
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM tools
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics
- Content writing or copywriting skills
