Job Title: Sales & Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Mumbai - Mulund

Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Education: Graduate (BBA / B.SC/ BMS / Any relevant field)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Digital Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing digital campaigns, and supporting the sales team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online channels
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
  • Maintain CRM and sales reports

Digital Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing)
  • Manage social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Generate leads through paid and organic campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI
  • Coordinate with designers/content creators for marketing materials
  • Update website content and blogs

Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of sales techniques and customer handling
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Canva, Adobe)
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Content writing or copywriting skills
