The primary responsibility of the Sales Manager - Freight Forwarding is to identify and acquire new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics industry through networking, market research, referrals, and other lead-generation activities. The role involves developing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and associated logistics services.
The incumbent will be responsible for generating leads, developing key accounts, negotiating commercial agreements, and closing profitable business opportunities while contributing individually to overall sales performance and organizational growth.
