Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Work Timings: US Hours

Location: Chennai or Hyderabad (Candidates from other locations will not be considered unless they are natives of either city and willing to relocate. Please do not apply if you are from elsewhere and prefer to relocate.)

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in end to end SaaS sales and demand generation, and a proven track record in international markets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects to convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the product team and demo the product to the prospect.
  • Drive the demo's till closure for small accounts.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 3-4 years of experience in sales and demand generation, with a focus on SaaS firms.
  • Proven experience in international sales markets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospects.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a hunger to grow as a sales professional.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
