Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle client retention processes under the guidance of the TL/Manager.
  • Ensure all documentation, records, and compliance are properly maintained to avoid loss of information.
  • Engage new customers and deliver presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of products/services.
  • Be well-versed with the company's technical product features to deliver effective technical sales pitches; understand client requirements and customize solutions accordingly.
  • Liaise with existing clients and deliver strong after-sales support and technical backup to enhance customer experience.
  • Expedite resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring consistent servicing and after-sales support.
  • Manage and guide a team of sales executives, including task allocation, mentoring, and performance monitoring.
  • Support the TL/Manager in driving team targets, improving productivity, and ensuring process adherence.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in IT Sales.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence.
  • Ability to collaborate with the sales team on strategy and optimization.
  • Team handling or people management experience with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience, including exposure to team handling or leadership responsibilities.
