Sales Development Representative
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 40-70 outbound calls a day to leads from inbound sign-ups, databases, and campaigns
- Explain Zocket's value clearly and adapt the pitch to each business
- Qualify leads by need, budget, and decision-maker, and book demos for the sales team
- Follow up with prospects by phone, WhatsApp, and email for appointments
- Keep call notes, lead status, and follow-ups updated in the CRM
- Meet or beat weekly and monthly targets for calls and demos booked
- Pass customer feedback and common objections to reporting manager
What We're Looking For:
- 2 to 5 years in outbound calling for a technical product - marketing function
- Excellent spoken English and Hindi; any regional language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, etc.) is a bonus
- Confident on the phone, comfortable with rejection, and persistent in follow-ups
- Strong listening skills
- Driven by targets
- Basic comfort with CRMs, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business
- Interest in outbound sales is a plus
