Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum for a Sales Development Representative at Workplaze. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, managing outreach initiatives, and qualifying prospects to expand business opportunities. You will collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to create a seamless sales pipeline and build trusted relationships with potential clients.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and prospecting potential clients
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
  • Expertise in Sales strategies, Business Development, and achieving measurable sales goals
  • Exceptional organizational skills, ability to work on-site and in a team-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software tools and sales analytics is a plus
  • Previous experience in the digital services industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
