We build agentic AI for the back and middle office of US financial services firms – wealth managers (RIAs), broker-dealers, family offices, fund administrators, asset managers, VC, PE, and pension funds. We are at the forefront of applying cutting-edge AI and data orchestration to solve complex challenges such as reconciliation, billing validation, onboarding, and compliance evidence: the manual work that eats their week. Built by repeat founders whose previous companies were acquired by publicly listed organisations. We are a nimble and ambitious team dedicated to building solutions that deliver real business outcomes. We're hiring our first SDRs in Bangalore to open the US market — you'll be early enough to shape how we sell.

THE ROLE

You'll be one of our first SDRs, working directly with the founders to book qualified meetings with finance and operations leaders at US RIAs, broker-dealers, family offices, and other financial services firms — with no existing playbook to inherit. This is a phone-first role with multichannel support: email and LinkedIn alongside calls. You'll spend most of your time researching accounts, running outbound, and turning conversations into qualified meetings for the founders and BD team to take from there.

What You'll Do

  • Book qualified meetings — with finance and operations leaders at US RIAs, broker-dealers, family offices, fund administrators, and asset managers.
  • Run multichannel outbound — phone-first, with email and LinkedIn alongside calls, to reach the US market daily.
  • Research accounts and personalise outreach — write outreach that sounds like a human who did the homework, not a template.
  • Learn the product well enough to sell it — speak credibly to compliance and operations buyers about what we actually do.
  • Feed the market back to the founders — what you hear on calls shapes messaging, positioning, and the playbook everyone else uses.

Who You Are


  • 2 to 3 years in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role, ideally B2B SaaS.
  • Excellent spoken and written English — you'll be talking to US buyers daily.
  • Comfortable on the phone and unbothered by a no.
  • Organised, coachable, and consistent — the reps who win here run a tight process.
  • Open to a US-overlap shift (8:00am EST onwards) so you catch US business hours.

BONUS POINTS


  • Experience selling into financial services, RIAs, wealth management, or another regulated B2B category.
  • Familiarity with cold-calling tools, sales engagement platforms, or CRM hygiene (e.g. Salesforce, Outreach).
  • Prior experience in a founder-led or early-stage startup environment.

THE LOGISTICS
