Role Overview:

As an SDR, you will be responsible for reaching out to founders, CEOs, CTOs, and HR leaders in the U.S/UK market to introduce RemoteStar's services and schedule qualified meetings for our sales leadership team. This role is crucial in driving top-of-the-funnel sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach and emails to UK or U.S. prospects
• Deliver a compelling pitch about RemoteStar's value proposition
• Qualify leads based on ICP fit (tech companies, hiring intent, senior decision-makers)
• Coordinate meetings between prospects and RemoteStar leadership
• Maintain accurate CRM records, call logs, notes, follow-ups
• Achieve weekly meeting booking targets
• Nurture warm leads and revive stalled opportunities

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in B2B outbound sales, SDR/Appointment Setter role preferred
• Must have experience working with Staffing and Recruiting industry
• Excellent communication, articulation and objection handling skills
• Business-savvy with understanding of tech/startup environments
• Strong discipline for remote work, self-starter with a target-driven mindset
• Comfortable using CRMs and modern sales outreach tools
• Ability to work U.S. or UK business hours consistently

Bonus Experience

• Worked with staffing, recruiting or technical hiring services
• SaaS / Tech / Startup outreach backgrounds
• Familiarity with AI-powered outreach tools.
