About Twigaa.ai

Twigaa is a vertical AI ERP built for safari and wildlife tour operators across East Africa and India. We replace the five-tool Franken-stack most DMCs run on — Excel, WhatsApp, Wetu, Tourplan, and PDF rate sheets — with one integrated platform that handles everything from CRM to auto-costing to voucher generation.

We're profitable, bootstrapped, post-PMF, and growing 200%+ quarter on quarter. 15 paying customers across Kenya, Tanzania, and India. Zero churn.

We're a small, focused team and we're looking for someone hungry to grow with us.

The Role

You will be our primary sales engine for East Africa — prospecting, qualifying, demoing, and closing safari DMCs and tour operators across Kenya, Tanzania, and Southern Africa. You'll work directly with the founder and have full ownership of your pipeline.

This is a remote role. You will work from home in Bangalore or nearby.

What you'll do

  • Research and identify qualified prospects from KATO, KATA, ATTA, and SATSA member directories
  • Reach out via cold email and WhatsApp — our two highest-converting channels
  • Run product demos over video call (we'll train you thoroughly on the product)
  • Follow up persistently and professionally to close annual contracts
  • Manage your pipeline in our CRM and report weekly on activity and conversions
  • Attend virtual trade events and support founder at physical events when required

What we're looking for

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience — inside sales, SaaS sales, or telephone/email-based selling
  • Proven track record of closing deals, not just generating leads
  • Comfortable with cold outreach — email and WhatsApp specifically
  • Strong written and spoken English — you'll be communicating with operators in Kenya, Tanzania, Europe, Australia, and India
  • Self-starter who can work independently without hand-holding
  • Reliable home setup — your own laptop, stable internet, quiet workspace
  • Based in Bangalore or within easy commuting distance

Bonus points for:

  • Prior experience selling to travel, hospitality, or tourism companies
  • Knowledge of East Africa safari industry or wildlife travel
  • Experience working with international clients across time zones
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
