Telosa is an AI-powered Digital Reputation Management platform that enables businesses to improve local search rankings, drive organic footfall, and increase revenue. By automating review generation, moderation, and marketing through a single, intuitive dashboard, Telosa turns customer experience into a powerful growth engine for modern businesses.
They are looking for SDRs who will:
- Own the strategic end-to-end sales cycle, focusing on acquiring large Enterprise and MidMarket accounts across India and MENA.
- Consistently hit (and exceed!) monthly and quarterly revenue targets, driving significant growth for the company.
- Build strategic ICP lists, map complex accounts, and design specialized Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for key enterprise verticals.
- Sell consultatively: conduct deep-dive analysis of client pain points (Local SEO, customer experience, ORM) and deliver tailored, AI-driven Telosa solutions.
- Work directly with founders and product leaders to provide critical market feedback, helping to shape the sales strategy, product roadmap, and market expansion efforts.
- Leverage your professional network to accelerate pipeline generation and secure high-value partnerships.
- Use sales insights and data to rigorously refine targeting, positioning, and forecasting methodologies.
You'll Thrive Here If You Have
- 3+ years of success in B2B SaaS or technology sales (preferably with an Enterprise/Mid-Market focus).
- Proven track record of closing large, complex deals with high Annual Contract Value (ACV).
- Strong ability to engage, negotiate with, and influence C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communicator with crisp storytelling and persuasive pitch skills tailored for a technical SaaS product
- Self-driven, highly target-oriented, and thrives in the early-stage ambiguity and high-growth environment of a startup.
- Bonus: Direct exposure to MarTech, AdTech, Local SEO, or Online Reputation Management (ORM) ecosystems.
CTC: INR 5 lakh - INR 10 lakh yearly
