Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative (SDR) role based in Bengaluru. The SDR will identify and qualify prospective customers through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-up, and targeted research of organizations that can benefit from ToolJet's low-code platform. The role involves conducting discovery conversations, understanding prospect needs, and clearly articulating ToolJet's value proposition to technical and business stakeholders. The SDR will manage and nurture a pipeline in the CRM, schedule product demos for the sales team, and collaborate closely with marketing and account executives to refine messaging and campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records of activities, tracking key performance metrics, and continuously improving outreach strategies based on data and feedback.
