Role Overview
We need an SDR who can actually speak the language of software developers, product managers, and technical founders. You won't just be reading a generic sales script; you will be analyzing technical infrastructure gaps to pitch highly specific digital solutions.
What You Will Do
- Conduct deep outbound prospecting and lead qualification targeting tech-focused enterprises.
- Initiate cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls, leveraging your technical knowledge to build immediate credibility.
- Translate complex, technical product features into highly impactful commercial business value propositions.
- Schedule qualified discovery calls and product demonstrations for our core sales engineers.
Experienced Candidate Qualifications
Technical Foundations: A solid background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a minimum of 3+ years working closely within highly complex, deep-tech software ecosystems.
- Outbound Prospecting Excellence: 3+ years of enterprise-level outbound prospecting experience (SDR/BDR). Proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas, booking high-value accounts, and penetrating enterprise-level tech companies.
- Technical Fluency: Ability to comfortably engage in high-level consultative technical discussions regarding API frameworks, cloud infrastructure, dev cycles, data security, and system integrations without relying on a pre-written script.
- Advanced Lead Routing: Deep familiarity with modern outbound tools (such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, or instantly.ai) to map target accounts and identify key tech decision-makers efficiently.
- Consultative Approach: Exceptional active-listening and objection-handling skills, framing engineering problems cleanly into business value drivers.
