Location: India (Remote) Experience Required: 25 years

Digitive is a fast-growing, minority-owned staffing and workforce solutions firm specializing in Engineering, IT, Healthcare, and Field Operations talent across North America. We support mid-market companies, high-growth startups, and MSP-driven enterprise programs with high-quality, difficult-to-find talent.

We are expanding our Sales Development team in India to support strategic outreach, pipeline generation, and market research for our VP of Strategic Partnerships.

Position Overview

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will generate new business opportunities by conducting outbound outreach to U.S. and Canadian clients, setting high-quality meetings for the VP of Strategic Partnerships, and performing ongoing market and industry research.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the U.S. staffing ecosystem, and experience engaging mid-market and startup clients. MSP familiarity is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Conduct outbound calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to staffing buyers, MSP leaders, procurement teams, talent acquisition, and hiring managers across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Identify and qualify opportunities within mid-market clients, startups, and growth-stage companies in key verticals (IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Utilities, Digital).
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads aligned to sales targets.

2. Meeting Scheduling & Sales Support

  • Secure discovery and intro meetings for the VP of Strategic Partnerships.
  • Manage scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups to ensure seamless handoff.
  • Prepare brief prospect summaries before meetings.

3. Market & Industry Research

  • Research market trends, staffing demand, competitive insights, and target account intelligence.
  • Build and refine prospect lists using LinkedIn, industry data, job boards, and market tools.
  • Identify emerging opportunities within startups, mid-market companies, and MSP programs.

4. CRM Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach, leads, conversations, and statuses in HubSpot (mandatory).
  • Track KPIs such as outreach volume, conversion rates, and meetings booked.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports for sales leadership.

5. Collaboration

  • Work closely with U.S. recruiting and delivery teams to understand active pipelines and capabilities.
  • Align messaging with marketing and leadership to support targeted campaigns.
  • Provide feedback on outreach results and recommend adjustments to strategy.

Qualifications

  • 25 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, Inside Sales Rep, or Lead Generation Specialiststaffing industry experience required.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. staffing and recruiting market, including terminology and hiring processes.
  • Experience engaging mid-market and startup clients is a must.
  • MSP/VMS program awareness or experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills suited for U.S./Canadian business environments.
  • Hands-on CRM experienceHubSpot expertise strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work U.S. time zones (EST/PST overlap).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage a high-volume outreach cadence.
