→ 1–3+ years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or inside sales role
→ Excellent communication skills - you can hold a conversation, handle objections, and close for next steps
→ Quick learner — you grasp products, services, and value propositions fast
→ Proactive by nature — you don't wait for leads to come to you, you go find them
→ Strong understanding of market trends and the ability to use them in conversations
→ Highly adaptive — comfortable with change, new strategies, and shifting priorities
→ Experience in IT services / tech sales is a strong plus
