Job Description

We are looking for aSales Development Representative (SDR)with strong experience inB2C salesto drive enrolments for our certification programs. The ideal candidate should have prior experience selling professional certification programs.

The role will focus on engaging with prospective learners, conducting consultative sales conversations, and converting leads into enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound and outbound leads throughcold calling, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Understand learner requirements and recommend the most suitablecertification program.
  • Conductcourse counselling sessions and product demonstrations.
  • Convert qualified leads intopaid enrolments.
  • Follow up with leads generated throughcalls,WhatsApp, email and marketing activities, etc.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in theCRM system.
  • Achieve monthlyrevenue and enrolment targets.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and guide them throughout the enrolment journey.

Required Skills
