What you'll do:

• Ownthetopofthefunnel:Identifypotentialcustomersacrosssectorsandreachoutviacalls,LinkedIn,andemails.
• Start meaningful conversations with CXOs, Founders, and Product Heads about transforming customer communication.
• Qualify leads through discovery - understanding pain points, decision making processes, and readiness to adopt.
• Collaborate with the Account Executives to hand off well qualified opportunities and strategise outreach campaigns.
• Experimentanditerateonmessaging,outreachsequences,andtoolstoimproveconversionrates.
• Track,measure,andshareinsightsusingCRMtools(HubSpot/Salesforce).

• Have2-8yearsofexperienceinB2Bsales/insidesales(preferablySaaSortech).
• Enjoythethrillofoutbound-researchingaccounts,personalisingoutreach,andhearing'yes'afteraseriesof'no's.
• ArecuriousabouttechnologyandcanquicklylearnhowcommunicationAPIs,contactcentres,andautomationtoolswork.
