Role Description

This is a remote, contract-based role for a Sales Development Representative (SDR).

As an SDR at Triagist, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to clinics, healthcare practices, and medical businesses across international markets. Your primary focus will be lead generation, outbound outreach, qualifying prospects, and scheduling demos for the founding/sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, communication, outbound prospecting, and working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound outreach
  • Reach out to prospective clinics via - LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp, Calls
  • Build relationships with clinic owners, administrators, and healthcare professionals
  • Explain Triagist's AI solutions and value proposition clearly
  • Schedule product demos and follow-ups
  • Maintain lead tracking and CRM updates
  • Collaborate with the internal team to improve outreach and conversion strategies
  • Contribute to international business growth across healthcare markets

Qualifications

  • Experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking with international customers
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with healthcare, SaaS, AI, or automation products is a strong advantage
  • Prior experience in outbound sales or cold outreach is preferred
