The Role: 100% Execution, 0% Excuses

  • Own Top-of-Funnel (ToFu)
  • Identify and reach out to high-intent prospects
  • Execute outbound across calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn
  • Follow up relentlessly — speed matters
  • Qualify Like a Pro
  • Understand customer intent, budget, and urgency
  • Ask sharp questions, not scripted ones
  • Filter signal vs noise — fast
  • Book High-Quality Meetings
  • Convert conversations into qualified demos
  • Ensure smooth handoff to Account Managers
  • Optimize for conversion, not just volume
  • Operate Like a Revenue Athlete
  • Track daily metrics:
    • Calls made
    • Conversations
    • SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads)
  • Continuously improve conversion rates
What You'll Work On

  • High-ticket sales (real estate, B2C, high-value buyers)
  • AI-assisted lead qualification systems
  • CRM tools + internal dashboards
  • Real-time feedback loops with GTM + Product

Who You Are

  • Strong communicator — clear, confident, persuasive
  • High energy + high ownership
  • Comfortable with rejections and pressure
  • Fast learner — can adapt scripts and pitch quickly
  • Execution-focused (you get things done, not just talk)

Non-Negotiables

  • 6-day work week (WFO)
  • Ability to make high-volume outbound calls daily
  • Strong follow-up discipline

Bonus Points

  • Prior experience in sales / calling / pre-sales
  • Experience in real estate or high-ticket sales
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Hustler mindset — you don't wait to be told
