About the Role

We're looking for a high-energy, driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help build and scale our outbound and inbound pipeline. This is a critical front-line role responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying enterprise prospects for our Agentic AI platform.

As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a key role in shaping our go-to-market engine. You will work closely with leadership, marketing, and account executives to generate high-quality opportunities and accelerate revenue growth.

What You Will Do
  • Pipeline Generation
  • Identify and research target accounts aligned with Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Build and manage prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls)
  • Outbound Prospecting
  • Engage senior stakeholders (VPs, CXOs) across industries
  • Craft personalized messaging relevant to AI, automation, and enterprise transformation
  • Drive cold outreach with a strong focus on quality over volume
  • Inbound Qualification
  • Respond to inbound leads and marketing-generated inquiries
  • Qualify prospects based on business needs, urgency, and fit
  • Route qualified opportunities to Account Executives
  • Messaging & Positioning
  • Clearly articulate value propositions around AI agents, automation, and productivity
  • Tailor messaging for different industries (benefits, airlines, pharma, e-commerce, etc.)
  • CRM & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)
  • Track outreach, conversion metrics, and pipeline contribution
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with sales leadership to refine outreach strategy
  • Provide feedback to marketing on campaign effectiveness and messaging
  • Continuously improve scripts, templates, and sequences
What We're Looking For
  • 3-5 years of experience in SDR/BDR or inside sales role (preferably in SaaS, AI, or tech services)
  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Self-starter with a hustle mindset and high ownership
  • Ability to understand and communicate technology concepts (AI/automation preferred)
  • Experience with sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, sequencing tools)
Good to Have
  • Experience selling into US markets - Must have
  • Exposure to enterprise sales cycles
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, or digital transformation offerings
  • Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment
