Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated
Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive lead generation efforts across international markets, primarily through
cold calling and outbound outreach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and generating
qualified leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume cold calls to prospects in overseas markets (US, UK, etc.)
- Execute outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Identify and qualify potential leads based on business needs
- Set up meetings and demos for the sales team
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information and activity tracking
- Research target accounts and decision-makers
- Follow up consistently to nurture prospects
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies
Requirements
- Strong communication and verbal skills (English proficiency is a must)
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejection
- Basic understanding of IT services / software / QA (preferred but not mandatory)
- Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in night shifts (for US market) if required
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus
