About Us

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 3 years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving business growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads. You will collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to build a strong pipeline of opportunities and ensure seamless handoffs to the sales team. Your ability to engage prospects, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value of our solutions will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate qualified leads through prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand potential clients business needs and challenges.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies for target accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM.
  • Schedule meetings and demos with decision-makers for the sales team.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed lead generation and pipeline-building targets.
  • Research industry trends and competitors to strengthen outreach efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Sales and Marketing, or related field (MBA is preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or inside sales professional in IT services, SaaS, or technology solutions.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation or appointment-setting goals.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Zoho CRM, or equivalent).
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prospecting skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technology solutions clearly to potential clients.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B enterprise sales or working with mid-to-large organizations.
  • Exposure to ITSM, analytics, or SaaS solution selling.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Apollo).
  • Knowledge of lead qualification frameworks such as BANT, SPIN, or MEDDIC.
  • Self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset.
