Sales Development Representative(SDR) – GTM and Business 

Development 

Location: Remote (India-based) 

Shift: Hybrid/Overlap for Canadian EST 

Role Type: Strategic Growth & Data Analytics 

Role Purpose 

Act as the analytical and data engine for the sales and leadership teams, identifying market 

opportunities and optimizing the Go-To-Market (GTM) funnel across different business verticals and 

geographies. 

Key Responsibilities 

● Market Intelligence: Monitor market movements to identify upcoming opportunities in existing 

industry and upcoming venues.

● Competitor Benchmarking: Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of competitors to refine 

ConceptDash's pricing and competitive strategies to differentiate.

● GTM Development: Assist in defining ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and personas for new service 

lines.

● CRM & Pipeline Management: Lead CRM data hygiene (Salesforce/HubSpot), tracking lead 

velocity, conversion rates, and sales forecasts.

● Sales Enablement: Draft technical proposals and what-if financial scenarios to support business 

cases for high-stakes infrastructure bids.

● Stakeholder Liaison: Bridge the gap between India-based technical teams and International based 

practice leaders to ensure organizational alignment.

● Cold Calling: Maintaining the bridge by getting in touch with the clients through calls, emails and 

other outreaching methods.

Requirements & Skills 

● Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Analytics; Any certifications in data 

analytics field will be plus.

● Experience: 2-3 years of experience in business and data analytics, sales operations, or 

management consulting. Open for freshers with zeal to excel in data analytics field.

● Technical Skills: Mastery of Excel (advanced modelling), SQL, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.

● Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written skills, with the ability to simplify complex 

data for executive presentations.

● Adaptability: Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment on 

international timelines.
